“Minc has set up a new co-investment scheme for angel investors, Fast Track Capital II (FTC2), where state-owned venture capital firm Saminvest matches the private capital invested into the fund. FTC2 will invest in companies in Minc’s incubator and accelerator programs.Minc wants to see a mix of experienced and new business angels and aims for 25% of investors to be women.
