An increasing number of startups raise capital while still being in their very early stages. Though there is no general rule for when the time is right to seek funding, experienced entrepreneurs and investors are alarmed by the tendency.
The Danish UserTribe is growing. Over the course of six months, the company, which provides other companies with customer feedback, has expanded from 35 to 70 employees.
