Global race for talents slows down Danish robot boom
Recruitment of talented employees is a major obstacle to growth for almost half of the companies in the rising Danish robot cluster organization, Odense Robotics. Thomas Visti, CEO of the successful business Mobile Industrial Robots, believes this is a global issue not limited to Denmark alone.
By 2030, 470.000 Danish jobs will be lost to robots and digitization. However, the technical development will concurrently create 495.000 new jobs. Whatever perspective, robots are to change the Danish labor market radically.
